If you’re not familiar with dremels and other power tools, though, you may have a difficult time finding the best one, because there are so many different ones available and all of them amp up their sells pitch, and claim to be the best. While doing some research, we discovered the Dremel 7300-N/8 MiniMite Cordless Two-Speed Rotary Tool. There’s a reason we’re recommending this dremel – continue reading to find out …
An Introduction to the Dremel 7300-N/8 MiniMite Cordless Two-Speed Rotary Tool
If you’re looking for a good tool to add to your toolbox, this would definitely be a great choice. This is a multi-purpose tool that can help you with a large amount of small tasks you have around the home, like sanding edges, making wood signs and yes, even drilling holes.
We personally light how this product is light in weight. After using it, you won’t feel as if your hands are about to fall off. Since it’s light in weight, you’ll be able to use this dremel without having to put a whole lot of effort, if any, into it. It only weighs 1.4 pounds, so it’s so light in weight that even a kid would be able to use this device, but we don’t really recommend handing the tool to kids.
Key Features
1/7 inch collet
Only weight 1.4 pounds, so it’s easy to handle
Battery operated, means it’s cordless
Is backed by a one year warranty
Dual Speed (it offers 6,500 and 13,000 RPM)
Since the Dremel is cordless, this means you don’t have to worry about an annoying cord getting in your way while you’re using it. In fact, you can use it away from a power outlet. We like cordless/battery powered tools, because we had an accident awhile back where we cut the wire of the cord (that wasn’t fun at all).
We know what you’re thinking – you’re probably thinking since it runs on batteries, it’s not going to be powerful at all. However, looking at reviews, we don’t find anyone that has problems with the power – it is powerful enough so that you should be able to complete those tasks. Charging the battery isn’t a big task at all and after only a couple of hours, it should be ready to go with a full charge.
We also like how this dremel is comfortable to use due to the soft grip handles. This way, when you’re holding the dremel for a longer period of time, it won’t feel as if your hands are cramped up.
Conclusion
Looking at the key features, seeing how light in weight it is and knowing that it is comfortable to use, we can’t see why anyone would turn their heads away from the Dremel 7300-N/8 MiniMite Cordless Two-Speed Rotary Tool.
